Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in. I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. There is so much more to life! I am in the midst of evolving, changing, and challenging myself! If you are in for real life topics of conversation make sure you are following the show so you don’t miss an episode!

The internet is not the problem. Instagram is not the problem. It is that we are letting our devices and apps control our day. We use it to fill time and emotional void. Let's get super simple with meal planning. I started meal planning this way when I needed to simplify the food choices for myself and for my family. I don't want food to be super restrictive, but I know that structure and organization saves time, money, and mental space. I hope you enjoy these meal planning tips!

This episode is another informal girl chat! I sit down and really open up about my struggles. I start off talking about intentional holidays, then talk about self care, and how I know mom guilt robs me of taking care of myself.

I was reading a great book by Dr Meg Meeker, Strong Mothers, Strong Sons and in the book she talked about how we can lead and empower our boys to understand they were given their unique gifts on purpose and using them to serve others. How to find your passion and purpose! I hope you enjoy todays episode and if you do not yet know your passion or purpose get to know your unique gifts and talents and use them to serve and give back to others. I also want to note that passion and purpose changes as our lives change.

Intentional Motherhood. This topic is very important so I brought my favorite expert to you! Being a mom is a lot harder than I ever thought it would be. Today I chat with my friend Ashton Fuhs about intentional motherhood as a working mom. We talk about how can we make sure that the time we have with our kiddos is intentional and also when to know if something relates to behavior or a phase. I trust Ashton and even before she created ROOTED her positive parenting course she was always the first person I voice messaged in breakdown motherhood moments. She has given me sound advice and solid tools to use and try with my kids. I am excited to introduce you to my friend Ashton!
