At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. In this episode I want to share with you these amazing tips for lasting, realistic, sustainable results in health and fitness. These things will help you lose weight without feeling deprived or overwhelmed. As busy moms we want to take care of ourselves so our mental and physical energy can keep up with our kids! Health and fitness has been overcomplicated. It does not have to consume you in order to see results. Lets lose weight, have fun, keep it simple, and not focus on any numbers. I have been a health and fitness coach for over 9 years and I have worked with thousands of women that have lost the weight and kept it off. Simple nutrition, consistent activity, and pair that with support of a community = the winning combination!
