

Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in. I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. Ashlie and I worked together for months and while we worked together she started with the foundations of how to sync with your cycle while she was on birth control. Then when she decided she wanted to get off her birth control we continued our work together and now her endo pain no longer knocks her down.

Today's episode is a treat! I am so excited for Abby to share her experience with cycle syncing using my Feminine Fitness Foundations method and her long term success since making small changes. Abby used to struggle with hormonal acne, digestion discomfort, low energy, and migraines.
She did this while on birth control and she talks about living cyclically has supported her and even makes her feel more confident when she decides to get off of birth control.
