

Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in. I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. In my 10 years of being an entrepreneur I have attended many goal strategy, planning, vision board parties, at each new year and this year I centered myself before getting into any of my goals and dreams and it was totally transformational. The goals we achieve and accomplish are great, but what matters most is who we become along the way and how we show up for our values and priorities. 2022 is going to be a great year and you can achieve your weight loss, health, fitness, career, finance, and relationship goals but you must first center in the foundations of what matters to you.
I do talk about my faith a lot in this episode because it is a big part of my life. I do not take credit for what I achieve - I know it is God working in my and working through me.

To end the series where I share with you the realistic ways I sync with my cycle we end at menstrual phase. I know technically the menses phase the beginning of our new cycle, but I see it as the completion of our phase. This is our bodies internal winter. A phase for rest and reflection.
I share with you how I support my hormones through this phase of my cycle and sync everything from my fitness, nutrition, relationships, and productivity with my cycle. Easy cycle syncing is not complicated and it does not mean you need to change everything. Cycle syncing brings a better understanding to our mood, energy, emotions, cravings, and everything else...

Has friendships been harder for you since you became a mom? same, same! I wanted to share with you some insights about friendships that I learned from my husband and his group of friends. I start with sharing how I feel dudes do friendships better than females... then I go into some ways how you can be a good friend because when we are a good friend first we attract more deep and meaningful friendships into our lives. Ladies we need friendship and community. Friendships is important for our mental health, but I think as women we think friendships have to look a certain way - but that is not the truth. I know many of us imagine a mean girls tight knit type of crew but your friendships will flourish when they are diverse, well rounded, and different.

And here we have it... why women need to get to know their hormone cycles. Because cycle syncing is the best way to lose weight, be healthy, and understand yourself without feeling frustrated or shame. There are days I feel like super mom and others I feel like I am on the struggle bus. And while I navigate tough weeks as a work from home mom - I also understand why my mind and body responds to things differently based on what phase I am in.
