Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in. I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. There is so much more to life! I am in the midst of evolving, changing, and challenging myself! If you are in for real life topics of conversation make sure you are following the show so you don’t miss an episode!

I LOVE HAVING HEART TO HEART CONVERSATIONS!
And this one feels extra special!
For so long I resisted change, trying new things, and felt afraid to step out of "what I said I was going to do."
One of my great friends reminded me "you always have the right to change your mind."
If you feel like you want to make changes in your life, but are afraid of what might happen I am here to share with you the ups, downs, lessons, and excitement that change can bring.
Change does not have to be a huge life pivot but you can start doing things one step at a time and you may "fail" and you WILL learn, which is a beautiful part of life when those lessons bring you more peace.

Today we have a great episode on decluttering your home, how to spend less time cleaning, and create a reset routine that makes your home feel tidy and peaceful each and every night.
Our homes are the space and place for us to gather, live, and rest!
While I personally am not a minimalist - I do keep things very simple, clean, and tidy in our home because I want to take care of it. I don't enjoy cleaning, but I do enjoy a peaceful, put together space and while I am in the midst of motherhood with toys all around and some clutter I can still enjoy my home and keep it decluttered.

As someone in the health and fitness industry for over a decade I know that I wanted to create a sustainable, but semi-structured plan in 2023.
I first started out with knowing what purpose I wanted my workouts to do for me and that was boiled down to giving me more energy, supporting my mental health, and feeling strong! Once I knew the purpose and the feeling for me I resonated with a plan and strategy that will realistically work with my life. I am also focusing on progressive overload and being intentional in my strength training workouts to make progress. I've done strength training workouts always but just wasn't intentional with tracking weights and reps.

For the first time as a health and fitness professional I am happy to say that some of the trends I saw this year are LEGIT and we should bring them into 2023!
If you want to lose weight and keep it off forever these healthy habits are ones to implement!
1. Hot girl walks
2. Pilates/ Barre - deep core connection
3. Progressive Overload Strength training goals that have nothing to do with the scale or size.
4. Meal Prep that is nourishing and delicious! No more bland "bro" meals.
