Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in. I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. There is so much more to life! I am in the midst of evolving, changing, and challenging myself! If you are in for real life topics of conversation make sure you are following the show so you don’t miss an episode!

Welcome to another episode of the Living in Sync podcast, where we talk a lot about hormones, health, and wellness
. In this episode, we'll be exploring the Mediterranean diet - a way of eating that has gained popularity in recent years, thanks to its numerous health benefits.
The Mediterranean diet is based on the traditional cuisine of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, such as Greece, Italy, Spain, and Morocco. It is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and olive oil, and includes moderate amounts of fish, poultry, dairy, and red wine.
Research has shown that following the Mediterranean diet can lead to a reduced risk of chronic diseases, such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer. It may also improve cognitive function, help with weight management, and promote longevity.
In this episode, we'll be discussing the key components of the Mediterranean diet, the science behind its health benefits, and some practical tips on how to incorporate it into your daily life.
So, whether you're a foodie looking for new culinary inspiration or someone who wants to improve their health through diet, this episode is for you. Tune in and discover the delicious and nutritious world of the Mediterranean diet.

I thrive on structure and routine which is why the Feminine Edge Collective is diving into habits, routines, and rhythms this month.
I answer questions like
When do I workout?
When do I relax?
What do you do during your work blocks?
While I feel like my day to day is pretty boring and routined it is how I get so much done and live in alignment with my values and what feels right for me in this season.

What to eat is hard enough - now adding what is going to be hormone supportive feels impossible.
Actually knowing what is support for each phase of your cycle is going to save you time when planning and money because you will have less waste.
For me cycle syncing and living in sync with your cycle means better understanding your biology. A better understanding of why you feel the way that you do. This makes sense when it comes to food, cravings, and meals.
Here are some great meal ideas for each phase.

How to Plan & Organize Your Week! BONUS - Productive Sunday Reset!
Tuesday Feb 28, 2023
Tuesday Feb 28, 2023
I am a big weekly planner. I find it sets me up for living intentionally and feeling accomplished.
Here is my strategy for planning my week:
1. Know what phase of my cycle I will be in.
2. Update Calendars and Communication Centers
3. Leave Space for Connection and Space - making sure my "busy" aligns with how I want to intentionally live my life.
Sunday Reset is something that saves me a lot of time and sets the week up for success. I chose a few things that have a ripple effect on saving time in my week so my Sunday reset includes things that streamline things for me and my family.
