I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. I have been a health and fitness coach for almost 10 years and I have seen this cycle of self sabotage - feeling really great and strong through the month then mental and physical energy shifting bringing on feelings of stress and guilt. Once I started listening to Alissa Vitis books WomanCode and In the Flo. I knew that this would help myself and my clients. We have been working against our bodies rhythm and causing our own struggle towards progress in our health and fitness goals. Today I discuss how to workout and train with cycle syncing in mind!
