Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in. I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. There is so much more to life! I am in the midst of evolving, changing, and challenging myself! If you are in for real life topics of conversation make sure you are following the show so you don’t miss an episode!

In the latest episode of the Living in Sync podcast, I had the pleasure of sitting down with an amazing guest who's crafted a line of teas designed to support the various phases of the menstrual cycle. We dove into her journey, which has been quite fascinating, blending her expertise in western medicine with the holistic approach of yoga therapy. She opened up about her own battles with hormone imbalance and how that struggle inspired her to create these unique teas.
Throughout our conversation, she stressed how crucial natural ingredients are and shared how the simple act of drinking tea can be incredibly grounding. We also touched on some of the latest health trends, like the cold plunge craze and intermittent fasting, and we agreed on the importance of tailoring exercise and stress management to fit individual needs.

Monday Feb 12, 2024

In this episode I am talking about one question that significantly helped me stop sweating the small stuff...
"Is this an event or a habit?"
I want to give credit to Kelly host of Harmony in the Home Podcast because she was the first person I heard say it in this way.
We are told "don't sweat the small stuff" and "pick your battles" but it never clicked for me on how to practically apply what that means. This has helped me and let me know if this quickie episode helped you.

In this episode of Living in Sync, I deep dive into the topic of phone addiction and share strategies for managing phone usage. I discuss setting intentions for phone use, creating "no phone zones," and using features like "do not disturb" to minimize distractions. I also talk about the benefits of an "information fast," disconnecting from technology to spiritual growth.
While taking breaks is important I think boundaries and standards are the key to keeping a healthy relationship with your phone.
